The Institute of Conservator- Restorers in Ireland (ICRI) supports the continued professional development (CPD) of its members through CPD Training Grants. Limited funds are available to financially support members wishing to attend conferences, workshops and short courses. These grants are sponsored by the Heritage Council.
Applications will be considered from Accredited Conservator-Restorer Members, Conservator-Restorer Members and Student Members who have completed their training. Applicants must be resident in the island of Ireland or working for an Irish / Northern Irish institution at the time of application.
Eligible members need to have been a member of ICRI for a minimum of six months prior to submitting an application.
Please Note: Members in any form of arrears, members of the ICRI Board, Associate Members, Institutional Members and Student Members currently in receipt of an Education Bursary for full-time training are not eligible to apply.

PLEASE NOTE - In order for ICRI to review and process your application, it must be received at least five working days before a board meeting. The Board will consider all valid applications at the next Board meeting; where necessary further information may be requested. Failure to provide complete information within a reasonable time will result in the application being rejected. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application within 2 weeks of its consideration. Where an applicant does not wish to, or is unable to proceed with attendance at the event for which an award has been made, ICRI must be informed as soon as possible.
REMINDER - By applying for an ICRI CPD grant, applicants agree that the information submitted is truthful and that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these Application Criteria. Failure to comply will result in withdrawal of any award and may result in loss of membership of ICRI. Awards are made at the discretion of the Board. Decisions of the ICRI Board on applications for funding and awards are final.
