ICRI is pleased to offer an online IAP Virtual training: Approach and Treatment of Three Monumental Bronzes with Lucy Branch*
Online lecture - 8 September 2020 – 2pm
Three case studies discussing approaches to the conservation and restoration of monumental bronze. During the session, we will look at three types of bronze in this category: a traditional monument, a war memorial and a contemporary sculpture. We will consider the different factors that need consideration, the treatments open to us and what influences there were in deciding on the best mode of conservation/restoration for these bronzes.
To register, send an email to the ICRI membership secretary, Julia Poirier at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 4th September.
The online seminar is free to ICRI members but you must register in order to join.
