Liz D'Arcy of Paperworks,Studio for Paper Conservation will be giving an online presentation for Heritage Week on the conservation of Newspapers and other archives relating to the first east to west transatlantic flight by Portlaoise aviation pioneer James Fitzmaurice. This project has been generously funded by The Heritage Council.

This event will take place on Zoom on Wednesday 18th August at 8pm. 

The webinar also includes a presentation by Liam Byrne on memorabilia relating to the first flight and will be followed by Q&A.
